Please note: The hosted buyer program is only available to buyers from North America. Buyers from other parts of the world are welcome to attend as a visitor buyer.

Pre-scheduled meetings

As a hosted buyer, you'll be required to schedule five 15-minute one-on-one appointments per day with the exhibitors of your choice, giving you direct, fast-track access to key suppliers. With your pre-scheduled appointments, you’ll save time and ensure you meet with the partners most relevant to your needs.

Do I qualify?

Hosted buyer eligibility criteria include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Based in the North America
  • Minimum $5 million USD annual travel and expense budget
  • Global/National Travel Manager
  • Procurement, purchasing, and sourcing specialists
  • Individuals responsible for making budgetary and policy decisions on corporate travel
