Showcase your innovation at the Business Travel Faceoff!
The Business Travel Innovation Faceoff will feature up to 12 presentations of ground-breaking products, technologies and services developed by innovators to address industry challenges and support managed business travel, meetings and/or business travelers. The presentations will take place live at the Business Travel Show America and made available on demand post-show.
Each presenter has seven minutes of uninterrupted speaking time followed by four minutes of questions and answers from a panel of expert judges (corporate travel buyers, consultants and the previous year’s winner) and two minutes of audience Q&A.
Presentations, up to six on October 15 and six on October 16, will take place in front of hundreds of corporate travel managers from 8:45am-10:30am and the Business Travel Innovation Faceoff is open to all Business Travel Show America attendees. The judges and people’s choice winners will be announced on October 16 at 2:45pm.

Business Travel Innovation Faceoff presenters will be featured in visitor promotions sent to travel professionals throughout North America. The Faceoff agenda, along with a description of the company, and photo and title of the presenter, will be listed on the show registration site and in the show mobile app. Recordings of the presentations will be available on demand to Business Travel Show America attendees and the BTN Group’s database of corporate travel managers and procurement professionals throughout North America after the live event.
The BTN Group will post recordings of all presentations, company descriptions and judges’ comments on a dedicated microsite portal.

Application eligibility, process and deadlines
- ELIGIBILITY: Innovators who have introduced/launched managed business travel, meetings or business traveler products, technologies or services in 2022 or later.
- DEADLINE: Complete the online application form no later than May 12, 2025.
- PROCESS: The BTN Group staff will notify accepted applicants by June 16, 2025. Accepted applicants have five days from notification to confirm their participation or they forfeit the opportunity to present. Accepted applicants must pay the non-refundable presentation fee by July 14, 2025.

Presenter fee | $30,000 USD
- 7-minute live presentation with 4-minutes of judges’ Q&A and 2-minutes of audience Q&A
- Two complimentary registration passes – one presenter and one colleague. Additional registrations for colleagues can be purchased at $1495USD.
- 250-character company description and logo to be included on the show registration website
- Presenting companies will be featured in one attendee promotion sent to the BTN Group database of 40,000 corporate travel managers and procurement professionals
- Presentations will be made available on-demand on a dedicated website and promoted to the BTN Group database of 40,000 corporate travel managers and procurement professionals in November
- MP4 video file recording of your presentation (two weeks after the event)
Scholarship presenter fee | $7,500 USD
Two scholarships are available for startup/emerging companies that were incorporated in 2022 or after.
- 7-minute live presentation with 4-minutes of judges’ Q&A and 2-minutes of audience Q&A
- Two complimentary registration passes – one presenter and one colleague. Additional registrations for colleagues can be purchased at $1495USD.
